End User License Agreement — Farmers Dream
IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY:
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between YOU as ("Licensee") and 508-Studios as ("Licensor"), for the use of "FarmersDream". By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this EULA.
"Licensor" — "We" or "Developer" or "508-Studios"
"Licensee" — "YOU" or the organization on whose behalf you are accepting this EULA.
"Game" — FarmersDream and any revisions, updates, add-ons, data files, documentation and associated media.
"Platform" — PC and Console.
"The Developer and/or Publisher" — 508-Studios, Lohoffstrasse 7, 60489 Frankfurt am Main, Hessen, Germany.
The Game is licensed to you for use only under the terms of this License Agreement. The Licensor reserves all rights not expressly granted to You.
The Game will be available for download from www.playfarmersdream.com.
FarmersDream is an adventure game that allows players to manage virtual farms by planting crops, raising animals, trading goods and expanding agricultural operations — combining resource management, creativity and strategy in a relaxing yet engaging environment.
All rights, title and interest in the Game — including graphics, music, text, virtual items and code — remain the property of 508-Studios. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights.
Optional purchases (e.g. virtual currency, items, upgrades) have no real-world monetary value, are non-refundable except as required by law, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
508-Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may not:

You agree not to violate applicable laws, harm other players, exploit bugs or cheats, or attempt to gain unfair advantage or disrupt gameplay.
It is your responsibility to confirm that your device satisfies the technical specifications. The Licensor reserves the right to modify technical specifications at any time.
The Licensor is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support. Contact: [email protected]
The Licensor may collect technical data about your device to provide support, facilitate updates and improve the Game. Such data will not identify you personally.
The Game does not permit submission of user-generated content. Any attempt to do so is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access.
The Licensor will respect the confidentiality of personal data. Data is processed only to maintain the business relationship. Contact: [email protected]
Direkte Schäden: Maximum liability is limited to fees paid by you for the Game related to the claim.
Indirekte Schäden: We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or downtime.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all representations, warranties or conditions of any kind except those imposed by applicable consumer law. You use the Game at your sole responsibility and risk.
508-Studios is responsible for addressing product liability claims, regulatory compliance claims, and consumer protection claims relating to the Game.
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
You warrant that you are not located in a country subject to US Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country.
508-Studios reserves the right to audit your use of the Game to verify compliance with this EULA, with reasonable written notice or immediately if breach is suspected.
All rights, title and interest in the Game remain with 508-Studios. Our logos, marks and trade names are our trademarks — no person may use them without written permission. Violations will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of applicable law.
This EULA commences upon acceptance and continues for as long as a valid license is in place. A new EULA supersedes any prior EULA.
508-Studios may terminate this agreement at any time without notice. If you breach this EULA, it may be terminated immediately and damages equivalent to the applicable licensing fees may be claimed.
